TAL offers DSC analysis services using fluid-tight crucible materials. This is important for exploration the thermal properties of liquids or melt materials which possess a high vapour pressure. Vaporization, decomposition or polymerization reactions can be studied using this cell. This can provide information such as the heat capacity of a liquid under its own vapour pressure, with applications towards the energy sector or materials. TAL also offers regular DSC analysis on larger sample sizes up to 700 °C.
